Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential customer segments.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels.
- Create compelling property listings, brochures, and video tours that highlight key features and benefits.
- Manage lead generation activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and participation in property fairs.
- Coordinate open house events, site visits, and client presentations to showcase available properties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless hand‑over of qualified leads and to track conversion rates.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client information and interaction history.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing campaign effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing client concerns.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Under 35 years old.

- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate property benefits clearly.
- Extroverted personality with a natural ability to build rapport and network.

- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media tools, and an eagerness to learn CRM software.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
