Responsibilities
As a Sales Canvasser, you will be the face of PT Yiwu Indonesia to potential customers. Your daily activities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting door‑to‑door canvassing and scheduled visits to introduce our product portfolio to prospective buyers.
- Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new leads to expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients through regular follow‑ups and personalized service.
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager, while tracking progress against KPIs.
- Preparing and submitting detailed activity reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to the regional sales team.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to coordinate promotional events, product demonstrations, and sampling campaigns.
- Analyzing competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Ensuring proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and customer communications in the CRM system.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 35 years (the original posting specifies a maximum of 40 years, but we prioritize the 18‑35 range for this role).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in field or canvassing positions.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
