Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive – Business Development & Customer Relations to join our thriving automotive dealership network. This role is focused on promoting Daihatsu vehicles, building lasting relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through both traditional outreach and modern digital channels. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and active social‑media engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact, product demonstration, test drives, to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain and update a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, follow‑ups, and post‑sale service.
- Develop and execute targeted social‑media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to showcase new models, promotions, and dealership events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including videos, infographics, and live streams that highlight vehicle features and customer testimonials.
- Provide after‑sales support, ensuring customers are satisfied with their purchase, handling warranty inquiries, and coordinating service appointments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and suggest actionable improvements to senior management.
- Participate in regular product training sessions and dealership events to stay current on the latest Daihatsu specifications, financing options, and industry trends.
- Represent the dealership at community outreach programs, auto shows, and local business forums to strengthen brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or consumer goods.
- Age range: 19‑35 years; female candidates are strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using social‑media platforms for marketing and sales purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and respond to customer needs.
- Self‑motivated with a high degree of discipline, honesty, and a results‑driven work ethic.
- Team player who can also work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and manage time efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
