Introduction
AmarthaLink, a leading fintech platform dedicated to empowering micro‑entrepreneurs across Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Agent Partner – Sales Akuisisi Pangandaran. This field‑focused role is responsible for expanding our network of partner agents, educating them on the benefits of the AmarthaLink ecosystem, and ensuring seamless operational support. The ideal candidate will combine a strong sales acquisition background with a passion for community development and a hands‑on, results‑driven attitude.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new AmarthaLink agents in the Pangandaran region, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
- Conduct engaging presentations and workshops to educate prospective agents about the platform’s value proposition, transaction processes, and risk‑management features.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with agents, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure high satisfaction and operational smoothness.
- Provide on‑site training and ongoing support on the use of AmarthaLink’s digital tools, product catalog, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor agent transaction volumes, performance metrics, and compliance adherence, intervening proactively to resolve issues.
- Analyze local market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and develop tailored strategies to expand agent coverage in underserved areas.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on acquisition activities, sales pipelines, agent performance, and market insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, product, and operations—to align agent initiatives with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition within PPOB, SaaS, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong familiarity with the assigned geographic area (Pangandaran) and a solid local network.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold a valid SIM C license for field travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication etiquette, persuasive selling ability, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Open to a full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
