Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share in the Surabaya retail sector.
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential B2B customers, including distributors, resellers, and corporate accounts.
- Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly, tailoring recommendations to each customer’s specific needs.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date product knowledge base, staying informed about new releases, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with retail partners and end‑users, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track sales performance against targets, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales teams to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and after‑service support.

Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales or electronic product sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events.
