Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, establishing a positive first impression.
  • Explain menu items, ongoing promotions, and provide tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Process dine‑in, take‑away, and delivery orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints calmly, offering effective solutions to maintain satisfaction.
  • Prepare ingredients—including breads, meats, sauces, and vegetables—according to standardized recipes and SOPs.
  • Cook, assemble, and present kebabs ensuring consistent quality, portion control, and food safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, regularly sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
  • Adhere to personal hygiene protocols required by the F&B industry, including proper handwashing and uniform standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning before, during, and after operating hours, including floor sweeping, waste disposal, and equipment maintenance.
  • Operate cash registers and POS terminals, handling cash, card, and digital payments with precision.
  • Generate daily cash reconciliation reports and submit them to the supervising manager.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks, report low‑stock items, and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and support peak‑hour demands.
  • Communicate any operational challenges, equipment issues, or staffing needs to the supervisor promptly.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, health‑and‑safety drills, and brand‑standard workshops.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the food‑and‑beverage sector, preferably in a fast‑service or quick‑serve restaurant.
  • Not currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
  • Possession of a valid work reference or employment certificate (paklaring).
  • Strong communication skills, a warm personality, and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shift patterns (08:00 – 17:00).
  • Proficiency in operating POS/cash register systems and basic math for transaction handling.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, local regulations).
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (e.g., ingredient bins).
  • Team‑player mindset with the ability to support colleagues during high‑traffic periods.
