Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader Gudang Srengseng to join our fast‑growing logistics operation in West Jakarta. This pivotal role oversees the end‑to‑end flow of goods within a high‑volume warehouse, ensuring that inbound, outbound, inventory, and fleet activities are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency. The successful candidate will lead multiple specialized teams, drive continuous improvement, and act as the key liaison between warehouse staff, drivers, and central inventory control.
Responsibilities
The Team Leader will be responsible for four core operational streams. Each stream requires hands‑on leadership, strategic planning, and rigorous adherence to SOPs.
- TL Inbound
- Lead, coach, and supervise the inbound team in daily receiving tasks.
- Plan and optimize warehouse occupancy for incoming shipments.
- Resolve issues related to late arrivals, damaged goods, or documentation errors.
- Generate accurate stock receipt reports and communicate variances to inventory control.
- TL Outbound
- Direct the outbound team in picking, packing, replenishment, and dispatch processes.
- Monitor order accuracy, ensure proper labeling, and manage loading schedules.
- Troubleshoot stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare daily outbound performance and stock movement reports.
- TL Inventory
- Oversee inventory auditors and ensure daily cycle counts are completed.
- Compile DCC (Data Capture & Control) reports and perform root‑cause analysis for excesses or shortages.
- Develop actionable plans to balance inventory levels and reduce holding costs.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales to align stock availability with demand forecasts.
- TL Fleet
- Monitor driver arrival, pre‑cooling, loading, departure, and remote unloading at the hub.
- Coordinate with the Inventory Control Hub to resolve any inbound/outbound bottlenecks.
- Produce daily fleet dispatch time reports and track key performance indicators.
- Enforce SOPs for temperature control, loading times, and safety standards.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date register of warehouse assets such as cages, cooler boxes, and stereforms.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per operational requirements).
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management, Excel, and stock control for finished goods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and national holidays.
- Readiness to be based at the Srengseng Warehouse in West Jakarta.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain high safety standards.
