Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Operator Produksi – Pemasangan Inner to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient assembly and installation of inner components for our product line, which serves a diverse market across Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare workstations and gather all necessary tools and materials before each shift.
- Execute precise installation of inner parts according to technical drawings and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect finished assemblies for quality, dimensional accuracy, and functional integrity.
- Operate basic production machinery, such as conveyor belts, hand tools, and pneumatic equipment, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Document production output, report any defects or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor, and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S principles to promote efficiency.
- Collaborate with teammates, quality control, and maintenance staff to meet daily production targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with new installation techniques and product updates.
- Assist in inventory checks and ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives that enhance speed, safety, and product quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) is mandatory.
- Preferably residing in Jombang or surrounding areas for easier commuting.
- Strong manual dexterity, good hand‑eye coordination, and the ability to work at a steady, efficient pace.
- Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read work orders and record production data.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 07:00 – 15:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
