Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crew Outlet (Pinka) – Tim Penjualan team. As a front‑line sales associate in our busy retail environment, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the perfect products while maintaining a tidy and welcoming store atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm smile, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with Pinka’s brand values.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash, credit, and digital transactions, and ensure end‑of‑day reconciliation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock shelves, and arrange promotional displays according to weekly planograms.
- Conduct routine inventory checks, report stock discrepancies, and assist with receiving deliveries using the store management system.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly, escalating more complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Ensure the store complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including regular cleaning of fitting rooms and checkout areas.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and the latest retail technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all gender identities, with a preference for female candidates to match current team composition.
- Age: No strict upper limit; candidates should be physically capable of standing for extended periods.
- Prior retail or sales experience is highly valued, though motivated newcomers may also be considered.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: polite, friendly, and honest communication is essential.
- Strong team spirit with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse workforce.
- Familiarity with basic store management software (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is a plus.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during promotional periods.
