The ideal candidate is a motivated male professional, up to 32 years old, with a minimum of a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in leasing, cooperative finance, or vehicle‑title collateral (gadai BPKB). Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers in line with the company’s monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Conduct thorough credit and feasibility analyses to determine the suitability of each applicant.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all client data, loan agreements, and repayment schedules.
- Maintain responsibility for monitoring installment payments and following up on any delinquencies.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, offering personalized service and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate closely with local agents and branch staff to coordinate marketing activities, promotional events, and referral programs.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management.
- Participate in community outreach and networking events to enhance brand visibility in the Samarinda and Balikpapan regions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the sales process, including the use of digital tools and data‑driven insights.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per regulatory requirements for certain field activities).
- Age: Up to 32 years.
- Experience: At least 1 year in leasing, cooperative finance, or BPKB pawn‑shop operations.
- Technical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, assess credit risk, and use basic office software.
- Soft Skills: Creative, aggressive, proactive, strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Licensing: Valid SIM C and ownership of a two‑wheel vehicle for client visits.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
