Introduction
SM Raja is a leading financial services provider operating throughout the Kisaran region, dedicated to helping consumers resolve outstanding penalties and fines in a fair and efficient manner. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and resilient individuals to join our Mitra Program Penawaran Denda team. As a field‑based liaison, you will play a crucial role in offering settlement options to customers who have already cleared their primary obligations, ensuring a smooth and respectful payment experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers who have settled primary debts but still carry pending penalties.
- Present clear, transparent payment plans and negotiate settlement terms that comply with company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and payment receipts using the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for successful penalty settlements while upholding high service standards.
- Collaborate closely with the central collections team to verify outstanding balances and confirm payment status.
- Provide customers with educational material on the importance of timely penalty repayment to avoid future complications.
- Report field insights and customer feedback to management for continuous improvement of the program.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during each negotiation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older (no upper age limit).
- Valid motorbike (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C license.
- Strong integrity, resilience, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Honesty, responsibility, and a willingness to work in the field from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- Basic knowledge of debt collection processes and effective negotiation techniques.
