Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sales visits to assigned channel outlets, presenting Indibiz Telkom’s product portfolio and highlighting key value propositions.
- Perform on‑site market surveys to gather competitor intelligence, consumer preferences, and emerging trends that influence purchasing behavior.
- Collect, verify, and replenish product stock in retail locations, ensuring optimal shelf presence and minimizing out‑of‑stock situations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, distributors, and end‑users, acting as a trusted advisor on product usage and promotional activities.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and promotional terms while safeguarding profit margins and adhering to company policies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning, pipeline management, and effective closing techniques.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports, including activity logs, forecast updates, and feedback on market conditions.
- Utilize CRM and other digital tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and streamline order processing.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on new product launches, technical specifications, and regulatory changes within the telecom sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, logistics, and after‑sales support—to resolve issues quickly and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within telecommunications, consumer electronics, or related field.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Basic computer literacy—comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and CRM platforms.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Physical and mental stamina to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday), 08:00‑17:00, often traveling across the assigned territory.
