- Monitor platform analytics to track engagement, reach, click‑through rates, and conversion metrics; produce weekly performance reports for senior management.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely, courteous, and brand‑consistent manner.
- Collaborate with the design and copywriting teams to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and copy that reflect the company’s voice.
- Identify trending topics, hashtags, and industry news to incorporate into the content calendar, boosting organic visibility.
- Coordinate social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and post‑campaign analysis.
- Maintain a content archive and ensure all assets comply with copyright and licensing regulations.
- Support crisis communication by monitoring sentiment and escalating potential issues to the PR team.
- Assist in training junior staff or interns on platform best practices and internal processes.
- Work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet publishing deadlines and support live event coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional coursework in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media is a plus.
- All genders are welcome; we value diversity and inclusion.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or nonprofit.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a knack for crafting concise, compelling copy.
- Demonstrated honesty, accountability, and a responsible work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Passion for staying up‑to‑date with social media algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging digital trends.
