Introduction
PT 27TRANS, a fast‑growing logistics and transportation solutions provider in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated Finance Administration (Admin Keuangan) professional to join our dynamic team on a freelance basis. This role is pivotal in supporting the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and facilitating smooth cash‑flow management. The position offers a three‑month contract with the possibility of extension, depending on performance and company needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file daily financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Maintain the general ledger, posting journal entries and reconciling accounts on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in collaboration with senior accountants.
- Monitor cash flow, process payments to vendors, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to verify purchase orders and validate cost allocations.
- Generate routine financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
- Support audit activities by providing required documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software to streamline data entry and analysis.
- Communicate financial information clearly to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Work independently or within a team, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Freelance contract for an initial period of 3 months, with the potential for extension based on company policy.
- Female candidates, maximum age 26 years.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting administration.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information confidently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and solid knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to work under pressure, remain composed, and deliver accurate results without becoming “baper.”
- Detail‑oriented, honest, responsible, and quick to respond to emerging issues.
- Willingness to work a 9‑hour shift schedule; three shift options are available:
- Shift 1: 06:00 – 15:00 WIB
- Shift 2: 10:00 – 19:00 WIB
- Shift 3: 12:00 – 21:00 WIB
- Capability to collaborate effectively in a team environment as well as operate independently.
