Introduction
SPX Express, a leading logistics and BPO service provider in Sumatra Selatan, is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented professional to join our team as a Manajemen BPO in the Kabupaten Ogan Ilir office. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between internal recruitment teams, external vendors, and our growing network of couriers and non‑courier partners. The successful candidate will play a critical part in maintaining accurate manpower data, managing employee benefits, and supporting daily operational workflows in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate manpower requests by collaborating closely with recruitment teams and external staffing vendors to fulfill staffing needs on time.
- Maintain and continuously update the manpower database, generate turnover reports, and conduct gap analysis to support strategic workforce planning.
- Oversee courier and non‑courier partner relationships, including attendance tracking, issuance and consolidation of warning letters, and escalation of partner issues to the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Administer BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and private insurance programs: reconcile payments, collect supplementary documentation, and liaise with insurers when incidents occur.
- Perform invoice reconciliation for vendor services, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of payments.
- Prepare regular reports on vendor performance, attendance trends, and cost variance for senior management review.
- Support ad‑hoc projects such as process improvement initiatives, compliance audits, and employee engagement activities within the BPO function.
- Travel to Dumai and other nearby locations as required to audit partner sites and verify compliance with service level agreements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR administration, vendor management, or relationship management, preferably within a logistics or BPO environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with strong knowledge of VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
- Analytical Ability: Demonstrated capacity to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and propose actionable recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to draft clear emails, reports, and warning letters.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship‑building aptitude, able to negotiate with vendors and mediate issues between partners and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑moving environment and handling repetitive operational tasks with high accuracy.
- Commitment: Willingness to work on a contract basis, maintain a full‑time presence at the Ogan Ilir office (Monday‑Friday, 09:30‑18:30), and travel locally as needed.
- Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with Indonesian labor law, BPJS regulations, and basic principles of occupational health and safety is a plus.
