Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Shift Lead to oversee daily courier activities, coordinate warehouse operations, and ensure seamless delivery services for our growing client base. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily schedules for couriers to collect and deliver parcels, optimizing routes for time and cost efficiency.
- Supervise the end‑to‑end shipment process, from pick‑up to final delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
- Define and adjust delivery zones based on volume trends, traffic patterns, and geographic constraints.
- Monitor inbound and outbound inventory flow, coordinating closely with 3PL partners and internal warehouse staff to prevent bottlenecks.
- Oversee sorting, labeling, and distribution activities, guaranteeing accurate order fulfillment and minimal handling errors.
- Conduct regular shift handovers, documenting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery rate, order accuracy, and incident reports.
- Lead a team of couriers and warehouse assistants, providing coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Implement safety protocols, conduct daily equipment checks, and ensure compliance with local labor and transportation regulations.
- Collaborate with the regional Operations Manager to forecast staffing needs, plan overtime, and propose process improvements.
- Utilize logistics software and handheld devices to track shipments in real time, generating analytical reports for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of warehousing processes, inventory control, and last‑mile delivery operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities; capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficient in using logistics management systems, MS Office, and basic data analysis tools.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, to meet operational demands.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Tripa Makmur, Kab. Nagan Raya, Aceh.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
