Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our team in Solok. This pivotal role serves as the bridge between our Business Channeling order sources and the credit processing units, ensuring that every customer application moves swiftly and accurately through our systems. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple internal teams, including the Service Hub Center (SHC) and the Survey Operations Center (SOC), to deliver a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Receive and acknowledge incoming orders from all Business Channeling sources, logging each request in the company’s order management system.
- Verify and complete consumer data and financing object details, guaranteeing data integrity before entry.
- Enter orders into the web‑based platform and any ancillary systems used by the organization, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or consumer grading, and process approvals or rejections accordingly.
- Communicate credit decisions promptly to customers, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
- Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the SOC, ensuring that field teams have all necessary documentation.
- Coordinate daily with the SHC to track the status of pending consumer orders and resolve any bottlenecks.
- Monitor the progress of each order throughout the lifecycle, updating stakeholders and escalating issues when required.
- Generate routine reports on order volumes, processing times, and approval rates for management review.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer and company information, adhering to data‑privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit administration, order processing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective coordination with cross‑functional departments.
- Male candidates are preferred as per current company policy.
- Familiarity with credit monitoring, debt collection processes, and basic financial terminology is advantageous.
