Responsibilities
- Operate computer systems to manage inventory, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist licensed pharmacists in preparing, labeling, and dispensing medication in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Provide frontline customer service, answering inquiries about drug usage, dosage, side effects, and storage requirements.
- Conduct preliminary medication reviews to verify dosage calculations, potential drug interactions, and contraindications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment, including regular checks of refrigeration units and controlled substance storage.
- Support inventory control by receiving shipments, performing stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Document all pharmacy activities accurately, ensuring traceability for audits and quality assurance reviews.
- Assist in patient counseling sessions under the supervision of a pharmacist, reinforcing proper medication adherence.
- Operate a motorbike for short‑distance deliveries of essential medicines to nearby clinics or patients when required.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma (D3) in Pharmacy is highly preferred.
- Gender: Female (preference for unmarried candidates to accommodate shift flexibility).
- Age: 25 years old or younger.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with pharmacy management software and basic office applications.
- Strong knowledge of medication information, dosage calculations, and drug administration protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with patients, pharmacists, and suppliers.
