Responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock opname of all construction materials, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Identify and evaluate potential distributors and sellers to source required materials, negotiating terms that align with project budgets.
- Ensure the availability and optimal condition of all materials, proactively addressing shortages or quality issues.
- Perform meticulous cross‑checking of inbound and outbound goods, confirming quantities, specifications, and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate material requirements with vendors, on‑site teams, and project managers to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Enter and update procurement data in the company’s ERP system, generating reports for senior management.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documentation while adhering to company policies.
- Support the logistics team in planning transportation routes, optimizing load efficiency, and managing vehicle usage.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements for inventory control and cost reduction.
- Maintain clear communication channels with internal stakeholders, providing status updates on material availability and delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study backgrounds are welcome.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- Experience: At least 1 year in logistics, procurement, or a related field within construction or interior‑design environments.
- Technical Skills: Basic data‑entry proficiency, familiarity with inventory management software, and ability to generate simple reports.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, high attention to detail, problem‑solving orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively with vendors and field teams.
- Personal Requirements: Own laptop and personal vehicle (preferred) for site visits and material transport.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at the Skala Karya Loka office in Pondok Aren, Bintaro.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
