As a Financial Advisor, you will act as a trusted consultant, guiding individuals and families through the nuances of life‑insurance products while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and renew all required agency licences, certifications, and registrations in accordance with Indonesian law and the regulations of the supervising authority.
- Promote, market, and close sales of BRI Life insurance products, ensuring each proposal aligns with product guidelines and client needs.
- Adhere strictly to national legislation, the Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI) code of ethics, and BRI Life’s internal policies, both written and verbal.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales productivity targets set by the management team.
- Uphold BRI Life’s business ethics and agency conduct standards, demonstrating integrity and transparency in every client interaction.
- Issue policies to policyholders, properly archive receipt documents, and manage all sales‑related paperwork with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide clear, accurate information to prospective and existing policyholders, explaining coverage options, benefits, and obligations.
- Conduct thorough underwriting reviews, verify applicant data, and witness the signing of insurance applications to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
- Assist the company in profiling prospective policyholders to match appropriate insurance solutions with their financial goals and risk profiles.
- Participate actively in fostering a harmonious work environment, supporting team cohesion, and contributing to a positive office culture.
- Engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Possess or be willing to obtain the necessary agency licence and certification as mandated by Indonesian law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Strong ethical mindset and commitment to complying with AAJI and BRI Life codes of conduct.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities for document management and record‑keeping.
- Proactive attitude, goal‑driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
