Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office activities, including scheduling, document filing, and inventory management to guarantee seamless operational flow.
- Assist the sales department by preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining up‑to‑date customer databases.
- Generate regular reports using Microsoft Excel, analyzing sales trends, inventory levels, and performance metrics for senior management review.
- Create visual assets for internal and external communications utilizing Canva and Photoshop, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professional etiquette, providing prompt information and directing inquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel records, and organizing training sessions.
- Monitor office supplies, place procurement orders, and manage vendor relationships to maintain cost‑effective operations.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvement and offering feedback on workflow bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders (the role is also advertised for female candidates, age max 25, but any qualified applicant is welcome).
- Age: Up to 25 years old.
- Experience: At least 0‑1 year of experience in sales or administrative support.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, basic formulas, and report generation.
- Creative aptitude in using Canva and Photoshop to design marketing materials, presentations, and social media graphics.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new software and processes.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
