- Maintain detailed knowledge of current promotions, warranty policies, and after‑sales support procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications—phone calls, chat, and email—responding promptly and courteously to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company standards and cash handling protocols.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, guiding customers toward complementary products and services that enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for future follow‑ups and trend analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, technical support, and inventory teams to resolve product availability issues and expedite order fulfillment.
- Monitor store presentation standards, including merchandising displays, signage, and cleanliness, to reflect the brand’s premium image.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
