This role is pivotal in ensuring that daily manufacturing activities run smoothly, that data is accurately recorded, and that safety and quality standards are consistently met. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between the shop floor and management, providing timely administrative support, overseeing inventory, and assisting supervisors in maintaining an efficient production environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, including output quantities, downtime, and any deviations from the schedule.
- Coordinate with line supervisors to track raw material consumption and ensure that stock levels align with the production plan.
- Manage inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile physical stock with system data.
- Ensure all documentation complies with K3 (occupational health and safety) regulations and internal SOPs.
- Operate Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel and Word—to generate spreadsheets, charts, and formal correspondence.
- Support the on‑site team by organizing shift hand‑overs, logging any incidents, and filing required paperwork.
- Assist in scheduling maintenance activities and logging equipment performance metrics.
- Provide clerical support for procurement requests, vendor communications, and receipt of goods.
- Participate in continuous improvement meetings, offering insights from data analysis to help streamline processes.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, ensuring that all records are filed systematically and are easily retrievable.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year of field administration or production support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), data entry, and basic inventory management.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, disciplined work ethic, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Understanding of basic stock‑control principles, K3 safety standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) used in cosmetics production.
