Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in the Sengayam region of Kalimantan. This role is pivotal for driving revenue growth by promoting our diverse portfolio of products to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships while ensuring that sales processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Actively present and demonstrate the company’s product range to existing clients and new prospects, highlighting key features and competitive advantages.
- Order Acquisition: Secure orders through the designated distribution channels, gather initial customer data, and verify the completeness of required documentation.
- Credit Application Management: Prepare and submit customer credit applications, monitor the progress of each file, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Payment Coordination: Inform customers of payment due dates, accepted payment locations, and any additional terms that impact the transaction.
- Customer Follow‑up: Provide ongoing support after the sale, address inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the field, report market trends, and suggest product or service improvements to the senior sales management team.
- Administrative Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, update the CRM system regularly, and prepare weekly performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience; experience in B2C sales or distribution channels is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of a valid driving licence (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship building, and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams such as credit, logistics, and after‑sales service.
- Flexibility to work in the assigned domicile area and availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
