Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Supervisor for Klub Rekreasi Rangers to lead our vibrant recreation team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences, overseeing daily club operations, and ensuring that all activities run smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate will combine a solid hospitality background with strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills to inspire staff and delight our members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the Rangers recreation club, including sports, fitness classes, and special events.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness throughout the facility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing prompt and courteous resolutions.
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions to develop team members’ communication, customer service, and safety competencies.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and health & safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote club events and membership programs.
- Oversee inventory management of supplies, merchandise, and recreational equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree or higher) in Hospitality, Recreation Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or frontline hospitality role.
- Prior experience in a recreational or club environment is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Guest‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
