We are seeking a dedicated Administrator Toko Retail to join our dynamic team in the bustling city of Temanggung. As the administrative backbone of our retail outlet, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, maintaining accurate records, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily sales logs, inventory sheets, and purchase orders using computer‑based systems.
- Process customer transactions, issue receipts, and handle cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of merchandise, verify shipment quantities, and record any discrepancies.
- Assist the store manager in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key sales trends and stock levels.
- Provide front‑line support to customers, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are attractive and compliant with brand guidelines.
- Schedule and track employee attendance, manage leave requests, and maintain personnel records.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) hardware and software efficiently, troubleshooting minor technical issues as they arise.
- Implement and enforce store policies related to security, loss prevention, and health & safety regulations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency, suggesting process enhancements to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Age limit: 30 years or younger.

- Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Strong numerical aptitude for handling cash, inventory counts, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Ability to work six days a week (Monday–Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
