Responsibilities

  • Conduct on‑site registration of new retail partners, ensuring all required data is captured accurately.
  • Accompany outlet owners and staff through their first transactions, providing hands‑on assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Explain the features and benefits of Fastmart’s mobile application, tailoring the presentation to the specific needs of each outlet.
  • Gather feedback from merchants on app usability and relay insights to the product development team.
  • Maintain daily activity logs and submit reports on registration progress, training sessions, and any issues encountered.
  • Coordinate with the regional sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Promote best practices for inventory management, sales tracking, and customer engagement using the app.
  • Travel to assigned territories—including Rempah, Tangerang, Daan Mogot, Ciracas, Subang, Bandung, Surabaya Barat, and Surabaya—on a regular schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with prior experience in marketing or field sales.
  • Proficient in using Android smartphones and comfortable navigating mobile applications.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel extensively across the designated regions.
  • Own a motorbike with a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license) for daily commutes.
  • Gender: open to all candidates.
  • Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
