Introduction
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our growing sales force as Sales & Marketing Agents in Central Java. This full‑time position is based in the vibrant regions of Surakarta, Pekalongan, Yogyakarta, and Solo. As a frontline representative of our brand, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth across both B2B and B2C markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach while maintaining a pipeline that aligns with monthly sales targets.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional after‑sales service, handling inquiries, and offering tailored product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee the invoicing and collection process, ensuring timely payment and resolving any billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align promotional activities, share market insights, and develop localized campaigns.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, documenting client interactions, sales activities, and forecasting data.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share performance metrics, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to the standard work schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00, while being prepared for occasional field visits outside regular hours.
Requirements
- Age between 19 and 35 years; both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; any major is acceptable.
- Strong knowledge of basic sales and marketing principles, with a willingness to learn advanced B2B and B2C techniques.
- Own a reliable motorcycle, a valid SIM C, and an active STNK – these are mandatory for field mobility.
- Demonstrated personal attributes: hardworking, disciplined, honest, and enthusiastic about challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Physically and mentally healthy; must pass a background check and have a clean BI (Bank Indonesia) record.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
