Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Brand Aksesoris Kota (Urban) to join our growing team in Palembang. This role focuses on promoting and selling mobile phone accessories within the city, building strong relationships with existing partner stores, and expanding our retail footprint by opening new outlets. The ideal candidate is a male professional aged 24‑35 who possesses a personal motorcycle, a valid SIM C, and an in‑depth knowledge of Palembang’s commercial districts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and weekly visits to partner kiosks and retail counters to ensure product availability and optimal shelf presentation.
- Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with store owners and sales staff, acting as the primary point of contact for all product‑related inquiries.
- Deliver product education sessions, demonstrate new accessories, and run promotional activities that drive trial and purchase.
- Identify and secure new retail locations, negotiate lease terms, and oversee the launch of fresh outlets to increase market coverage.
- Collect and analyze sales data from each outlet, providing actionable insights to the regional sales manager.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in‑store campaigns, point‑of‑sale displays, and seasonal promotions.
- Report daily activity, sales achievements, and any challenges encountered during field visits.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, representing the brand’s values at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 24 – 35 years old (candidates who are not temporary migrants are preferred).
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in mobile accessories or consumer electronics.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
- Deep familiarity with the Palembang metropolitan area, including major shopping centers, markets, and high‑traffic neighborhoods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adapt messaging to diverse customer needs.
- Strong teamwork orientation and quick adaptation to changing market conditions.
- Not currently enrolled in, nor planning to enroll in, any academic program.
- Core competencies: customer‑centric mindset, rapid learning ability, persuasive negotiation, and effective time management.
