We are seeking a motivated Agen Promotor Wilayah Palembang to join our dynamic sales team. The position offers a flexible work schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, with hours between 11:00 and 20:00, and placement will be aligned with the candidate’s domicile.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s products or services directly to customers visiting partner stores.
- Engage potential clients via social media platforms, creating compelling content that highlights product benefits.
- Clearly articulate the unique selling points and advantages of each offering, tailoring the message to the audience’s needs.
- Guide prospective customers through the decision‑making process, addressing objections and encouraging trial or purchase.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting and diligent follow‑up.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with store owners and managers to secure optimal product placement and promotional support.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, including key metrics such as leads generated, conversions, and revenue achieved.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on promotional materials and suggest improvements based on field observations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.

Requirements
