Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a wide variety of dishes according to the restaurant’s five‑star standards, ensuring flavor balance, visual appeal, and consistency.
- Execute simple menus and daily specials while maintaining strict adherence to recipes and portion control.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors.
- Collaborate with sous‑chefs and the head chef to plan daily prep schedules, inventory needs, and special event catering.
- Ensure all food is stored, handled, and served following hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff on basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and sanitation practices.
- Participate in regular kitchen clean‑up, waste reduction initiatives, and equipment maintenance checks.
- Provide reliable attendance for the scheduled work week: Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Submit required documentation promptly, including photocopies of identification, family card, and any available diplomas.
- Utilize basic cooking knowledge to contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal updates.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates up to the legal working age limit; no upper age restriction specified.

- Experience: No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with culinary enthusiasm are welcome.
