We are seeking a dynamic Agent Partner – Sales Akuisisi to drive the acquisition and development of new agents, ensuring that our innovative lending and payment solutions reach underserved communities. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between AmarthaLink’s digital ecosystem and the community of merchants, micro‑entrepreneurs, and small businesses that benefit from our services. By educating prospects, building lasting relationships, and monitoring performance, you will play a crucial part in advancing financial accessibility and fostering economic growth in Ngawi.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new agents for AmarthaLink, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct on‑site presentations and workshops to educate prospective agents on the benefits, features, and operational procedures of the AmarthaLink platform.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing agents, providing ongoing support to ensure high satisfaction and smooth daily operations.
  • Deliver hands‑on training on system usage, product catalog, and service workflows, adapting content to varying levels of digital literacy.
  • Monitor agents’ transaction volumes, repayment rates, and overall performance; intervene proactively to resolve issues and optimize results.
  • Analyze local market potential, competitor activity, and demographic trends to devise strategic expansion plans for the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports—including acquisition metrics, sales performance, and market insights—to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, product, and risk to align agent initiatives with broader company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of agent interactions and updates in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or equivalent.
  • At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecom, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting acquisition targets and managing a portfolio of partners.
  • Deep familiarity with the Ngawi area, local business culture, and transportation routes.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and a valid SIM C; willingness to travel extensively for field work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong emphasis on ethical conduct.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Gender: Open to all candidates.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
