Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Officer Remedial (Collection) to join our dynamic team at the Sumbawa Seketeng branch. This role is crucial in ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with senior collection managers, credit analysts, and the broader finance department to meet aggressive collection targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection activities for overdue loan accounts, ensuring all actions are completed within established timelines.
- Monitor daily aging reports, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection efforts accordingly.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Document all communication and actions taken in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to understand loan terms, repayment schedules, and any restructuring options available to customers.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting collection rates, delinquency trends, and any escalated issues.
- Assist in developing and refining collection strategies, including the use of digital payment reminders and automated messaging tools.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of multi‑finance business processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices in debt recovery.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling objections with professionalism and empathy while safeguarding the company’s reputation.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to enhance negotiation skills, legal knowledge, and financial analysis capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in any field; fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) are also welcome.
- Age limit: up to 34 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Relevant experience: 0–1 year for fresh graduates; 1+ year of collection or credit monitoring experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of multi‑finance business models and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection processes, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office in Sumbawa Seketeng, adhering to the local domicile requirements.
