Introduction

PT Indihome Indonesia is seeking energetic and customer‑focused individuals to join our field team as Agent Pengiriman dan Penagihan (Kunjungan) based in Bukittinggi. In this role, you will be the face of Indihome, visiting existing and prospective customers, educating them on service usage, and ensuring timely payment of their broadband subscriptions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a high school education who are eager to develop strong communication skills, gain experience in the telecommunications industry, and enjoy a dynamic, field‑based work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive monthly customer lists from the central operations team (CTB) and plan efficient visit routes.
  • Register each assigned customer in the My Vista mobile application, ensuring data accuracy and up‑to‑date records.
  • Conduct on‑site visits to residential and business locations, presenting Indihome products and services.
  • Explain usage details, billing cycles, and payment options clearly to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Collect payment for overdue invoices when authorized, and record transactions in the system.
  • Provide product demonstrations and hands‑on assistance for device setup, helping customers maximize their Indihome experience.
  • Gather feedback during visits and report market insights back to the headquarters to support service improvements.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company branding guidelines during all customer interactions.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and product briefings to stay current with new features, promotions, and policy updates.
  • Follow safety protocols while operating a motorbike, ensuring personal and public safety at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and public communication skills; ability to convey technical information in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in using Android smartphones and related applications, particularly My Vista.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C driving licence.
  • High level of honesty, attention to detail, and responsibility.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage daily schedules effectively.
  • Basic numeracy for handling payment collection and documentation.
  • Willingness to work regular office hours (08:00‑17:00) with occasional adjustments based on field requirements.
