Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Agent Sales & Marketing to join our expanding team in Jambi. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive on building relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of a reputable company operating across Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring seamless billing and after‑sales support while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new B2B and B2C customers within the Jambi region through cold calling, networking events, and digital channels.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing regular follow‑ups, product updates, and personalized solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting the company’s product portfolio and cross‑selling complementary offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring all terms comply with company policy.
  • Manage the entire order‑to‑cash cycle, including invoicing, payment follow‑up, and resolving any billing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and report insights to help shape strategic decisions.
  • Utilize CRM software to record customer interactions, track pipeline progress, and generate performance reports.
  • Travel within the assigned territory on a regular basis using a personal motorcycle, ensuring timely visits to key accounts.
  • Uphold company standards of ethics, honesty, and customer service excellence at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; any study field is acceptable.
  • Age range: 19‑35 years old; open to both male and female candidates.
  • Physically fit and mentally resilient to handle a demanding field schedule.
  • Strong knowledge of basic sales and marketing principles; familiarity with B2B and B2C environments is a plus.
  • Own a fully paid motorcycle, active SIM C, and valid STNK (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated work ethic: hard‑working, disciplined, honest, and motivated by challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Clean criminal record and acceptable BI (Bank Indonesia) credit check.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and willingness to continuously learn new sales techniques.
