The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors, ensuring that all financial activities align with local regulations and global best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile all corporate bank accounts, ensuring timely posting of deposits, withdrawals, and inter‑company transfers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and, where applicable, IFRS.
- Monitor cash flow, forecast short‑term liquidity needs, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Oversee the full cycle of bookkeeping, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and expense allocations.
- Coordinate the preparation of tax filings, statutory reports, and audit schedules, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors.
- Develop and maintain internal control procedures to mitigate financial risk and enhance process efficiency.
- Support budgeting and variance analysis by collaborating with department heads to gather data and explain discrepancies.
- Assist in the implementation of financial software upgrades and process automation initiatives.
- Train junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ensure all documentation, including invoices, receipts, and contracts, are filed accurately and retained according to company policy.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in corporate accounting, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, cost accounting, and financial administration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MYOB) and advanced MS Excel capabilities.

- Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
