Introduction

Gunung Tua’s dynamic sales team is seeking a motivated Sales Officer (Marketing) to drive growth across existing and new customer segments. This full‑time role is ideal for a proactive professional with a minimum D3/D4 education, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for delivering tailored financial solutions. The successful candidate will be based in the Gunung Tua area and will report directly to the Sales Manager, contributing to the company’s strategic objectives within a fast‑moving, B2C‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
  • Generate orders through various distribution channels by gathering initial customer data, conducting thorough verification, and preparing complete credit application documentation.
  • Track the progress of credit applications, liaise with the credit department, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Provide customers with essential information regarding payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other relevant transaction details.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer interactions, order statuses, and follow‑up actions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to recommend product enhancements or new sales strategies.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting pipeline updates and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (all majors) or D4.
  • Age limit: 30 years old or younger.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid Indonesian SIM A/C.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis.
  • Willingness to work in the assigned domicile area and travel to customer sites as needed.
