Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customers for debt collection, ensuring professionalism and adherence to company policies.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settle outstanding balances while maintaining positive customer relations.
- Collect payments in cash, cheque, or electronic transfer and verify the accuracy of each transaction.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily visit reports, including payment status, customer feedback, and any issues encountered.
- Monitor and update the CRM system with real‑time collection data.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets set by management.
- Identify high‑risk accounts and recommend escalation procedures when necessary.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to support dispute resolution and legal actions if required.
- Maintain knowledge of local area routes to maximize efficiency and reduce travel time.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve collection techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collections; 2 years preferred.
- Male candidates only (as per current operational policy).
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle.
- Strong knowledge of the Tarakan area, including major streets and commercial zones.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle cash securely.
- Proficiency with basic office software and mobile data entry tools.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a results‑oriented mindset.
