Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Anggota Tim Dapur (Kitchen Team Member) to join our bustling Purwokerto branch. This full‑time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food service, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are eager to develop their culinary skills. As part of our kitchen crew, you will play a crucial role in delivering high‑quality meals to our guests while upholding the standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency that define our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items in accordance with standardized recipes and portion controls.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, adhering to all food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP).
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers, ensuring proper usage and regular cleaning.
  • Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock quality, and rotating supplies to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff and front‑of‑house teams to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy lunch and dinner shifts.
  • Continuously update product knowledge, including ingredient origins, allergen information, and preparation techniques.
  • Support the head chef in menu development, tasting sessions, and special event catering when needed.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on hygiene, equipment handling, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Full‑time availability (Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00).
  • Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (FnB) sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of kitchen tools, equipment, and food preparation processes.
  • Quick learner with strong product knowledge acquisition skills.
  • Basic proficiency in operating kitchen machinery and maintaining sanitation standards.
