Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales to Key Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This role is focused on expanding our market presence across several strategic regions in East Java, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while representing the company’s high‑quality product portfolio.
Working days are Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must be willing to reside in the assigned sales territory to maximize coverage and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers within the designated territories (Kediri, Ponorogo, Trenggalek, Tulungagung; Probolinggo, Pasuruan, Lumajang; Tuban, Bojonegoro, Ngawi, Lamongan).
- Conduct thorough market research to understand local demand, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Present product features and benefits, tailoring solutions to meet each client’s specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing and new clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions, and close sales agreements that align with company targets.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, logistics, and after‑sales service—to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regional trade shows, customer visits, and networking events to increase brand visibility.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer retention, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or key account management.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as 3D Max / 3ds Max is a plus, indicating an ability to understand technical product specifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to relocate or already reside within the assigned sales area.
- Proficiency in Indonesian; basic English skills are advantageous.
