Introduction
We are seeking energetic and dependable Mitra Drivers to join the SPX delivery network in the Sidoarjo area. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that parcels, groceries, and e‑commerce orders reach customers quickly, safely, and with a friendly smile. This position is ideal for individuals who own a personal vehicle, are comfortable navigating urban and suburban routes using Google Maps, and are looking for a stable, full‑time opportunity with a reputable logistics partner.
Responsibilities
- Pick up packages from SPX warehouses or partner merchants and deliver them to residential and commercial addresses across Sidoarjo.
- Plan and optimize daily routes using Google Maps and SPX’s routing software to meet the 08:00‑17:00 service window.
- Verify delivery details, obtain customer signatures, and record any special delivery instructions.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations in the company app.
- Conduct routine inspections of your vehicle (tires, oil, lights, brakes) and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Keep the vehicle clean, both interior and exterior, to reflect SPX’s brand standards.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service, answering basic queries and handling complaints with empathy.
- Assist with loading and unloading parcels, ensuring items are handled carefully to avoid damage.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to resolve routing issues, traffic delays, or unexpected obstacles.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company safety policies, and COVID‑19 health protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must be physically capable of performing delivery duties.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Valid and active SIM A driving licence.
- Own a closed‑body, four‑door passenger car (pickup trucks are not accepted).
- Personal Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM, capable of running Google Maps and SPX’s delivery app.
- Personal bank account for salary and incentive transfers.
- Basic proficiency with Google Maps and willingness to learn SPX’s routing platform.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as the schedule runs Monday through Sunday.
