Introduction

As a field collector, you will play a vital role in preserving the financial health of our portfolio by engaging directly with borrowers in the Garut region, delivering warning notices, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring that outstanding obligations are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This full‑time position offers a structured work week (Monday to Friday) from 09:00 to 18:00, providing you with a stable environment to develop your negotiation and interpersonal skills while contributing to the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Visit delinquent borrowers in person and deliver official Surat Peringatan (SP) when the arrears exceed 20 days.
- Validate the borrower’s current financial condition, conduct thorough analysis of the debt, and assess the feasibility of repayment.
- Negotiate mutually agreeable payment options, tailoring solutions to each borrower’s capacity while protecting the company’s interests.
- Track and monitor agreed‑upon payment schedules, following up diligently to ensure compliance with repayment commitments.
- Locate borrowers who are unavailable at their registered residence or workplace, using alternative contact methods and local networks.
- Verify and update all customer data, including telephone numbers, mailing addresses, and contact preferences, to maintain an accurate database.
- Prepare detailed reports of each field visit, documenting interactions, outcomes, and any obstacles encountered.
- Communicate findings and progress regularly with supervisors, contributing to strategic decisions on portfolio management.
- Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects the company’s values, ensuring respect and empathy in all borrower interactions.
- Adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines governing debt collection practices, safeguarding both the borrower’s rights and the organization’s compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collections, credit control, or a related customer‑facing role.

- Demonstrated negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
