Responsibilities
- Assist licensed pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications, including psychotropic and other mental‑health related drugs.
- Verify prescription details, cross‑check patient information, and ensure the correct dosage forms are provided.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and handle medication re‑ordering in coordination with suppliers.
- Conduct patient counseling under pharmacist supervision, explaining dosage instructions, possible side effects, and proper medication storage.
- Manage the pharmacy’s shift schedule, including opening and closing duties, cash handling, and reconciliation of sales reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to local health regulations, including the maintenance of an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and proper documentation of controlled substances.
- Support the implementation of health‑promotion initiatives, such as mental‑health awareness campaigns and medication adherence programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patients.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development workshops to stay current with pharmacy best practices and emerging therapies.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: D3 or D4 in Pharmacy.
- Active STR (Pharmacy Registration Certificate) as required by Indonesian law.
- Age not exceeding 27 years at the time of application.

- Strong interest in mental‑health pharmacy and a genuine desire to support patients with psychiatric conditions.
