This role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of goods from pick‑up to delivery, coordinating with couriers, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily schedules for courier pick‑up and delivery activities, ensuring optimal route planning and resource utilization.
- Supervise the end‑to‑end shipment process, from goods receipt to hand‑over to third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Define and adjust delivery zones based on demand patterns, traffic conditions, and service level agreements.
- Oversee inbound and outbound inventory movements, guaranteeing accurate documentation and compliance with SOPs.
- Monitor sorting and distribution operations, conducting spot checks to verify order accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead a team of warehouse associates and couriers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with the operations manager to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery rate, pick‑rate accuracy, and labor productivity.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, conducting regular briefings and emergency drills.
- Report operational issues, suggest process improvements, and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- 1‑2 years of proven experience in logistics, supply‑chain, warehouse, or related environments.
- Strong understanding of warehousing processes, inventory control, and last‑mile delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with couriers, 3PL partners, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling unexpected disruptions.
- Leadership aptitude with experience managing small teams, fostering teamwork, and driving performance.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including evenings) and adapt to evolving workload demands.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Kec. Trucuk, Kab. Klaten.
