Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Architect – Planning & Construction Supervision to join our dynamic team in Bululawang, Kabupaten Malang. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, providing a balanced environment for creative design and on‑site supervision. The role is ideal for individuals with a passion for architectural excellence, strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and a desire to contribute to both the aesthetic and functional aspects of building projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects.
- Create comprehensive construction drawings, specifications, and documentation that comply with local regulations and client requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimations and Bill of Quantities (RAB) to support budgeting and financial planning.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and verify that construction aligns with design intent.
- Produce high‑impact 3D visualisations and marketing materials to aid sales teams in presenting design concepts to clients.
- Collaborate closely with civil engineers, interior designers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and maintain project timelines.
- Maintain and update project files, ensuring that all revisions are clearly documented and shared with stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship to junior architects and fresh graduates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, sustainable design practices, and new building technologies to keep the firm at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are also welcome.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; additional experience with Revit, BIM, or 3D rendering software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop detailed construction drawings and accurate cost estimates.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the capacity to assess spatial needs and optimise building layouts.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities; comfortable presenting designs to clients and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
