This full‑time, non‑live‑in position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule from 07:00 to 16:00. The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy, detail‑oriented woman who can maintain a spotless, organized, and welcoming home environment while supporting the family’s daily routines.
Responsibilities
- Housekeeping and Cleaning
- Sweep and mop all floor areas daily, ensuring no dust or debris remains.
- Dust tables, cabinets, glass surfaces, and furniture to keep the home gleaming.
- Thoroughly clean bedrooms, living rooms, family rooms, and dining areas.
- Maintain bathroom hygiene through regular scrubbing, disinfecting, and replenishing supplies.
- Keep the entire residence smelling fresh by ventilating rooms and using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Laundry Management
- Separate garments for laundry, label them, and arrange pick‑up/delivery with the laundry service.
- Operate washing machines for regular clothing and hand‑wash delicate items as needed.
- Iron and fold clothes that are not sent out for professional cleaning.
- Organize freshly laundered items neatly in closets and drawers.
- Wash household cleaning rags and kitchen towels regularly, using either machine or manual methods.
- Kitchen Support
- Assist in preparing ingredients for meals, including washing, peeling, and chopping.
- Perform simple cooking tasks under the direction of the household members.
- Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment after each use.
- Maintain a tidy kitchen workspace, wiping countertops and sweeping floors.
- Shop for groceries at local markets, using a bicycle when possible, and communicate any shortages to the employer.
- Home Organization
- Arrange household items, ensuring everything has its proper place.
- Conduct periodic checks for any damage or maintenance needs and report them promptly.
- Support overall household orderliness, helping family members keep personal spaces neat.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Female, aged 25–40 years, in good physical and mental health.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an ART or similar domestic role.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, laundry techniques, and basic kitchen hygiene.
- Excellent reliability, honesty, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and communicate effectively.
- Preferably residing in Medan Tuntungan or nearby areas; ability to ride a bicycle for local errands is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant living environment.
