The position involves both offline and online sales activities, serving customers in the bustling Ruko Paskal Hyper Square area as well as across major e‑commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada. Responsibilities
- Engage with walk‑in customers, provide product demonstrations, and close sales for laptop and related accessories.
- Manage and update product listings on multiple online marketplaces, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, social media, and phone with a fast and professional turnaround time.
- Identify customer needs, recommend suitable laptop models, and upsell accessories or service plans.
- Handle objections effectively, turning potential concerns into buying opportunities.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, compiling reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, flash sales, and bundle offers.
- Maintain a clean, organized storefront and ensure all display units are stocked and presented attractively.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest laptop technologies, features, and industry trends.
- Contribute ideas for improving the customer experience both in‑store and online.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No strict upper limit, but candidates up to 28 years old are preferred.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or a related field.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for brand promotion and customer engagement.
- Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Basic data analysis skills for compiling sales recaps and performance metrics.
- Adaptability, quick learning, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
