Introduction

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking energetic and customer‑focused individuals to join our network of partner outlets as Associate Sales Executives – Customer Engagement. The position is based in Batam, with deployments across street‑level and mall‑based partner locations.

Responsibilities

The Associate Sales Executive will act as the frontline ambassador for Home Credit’s payment and financing products. Core duties include:

  • Actively promote and sell Home Credit payment solutions to shoppers at partner outlets.
  • Engage customers through social media channels to raise awareness of financing options and special offers.
  • Guide clients through the application and payment process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
  • Maintain an organized and appealing sales station, reflecting the professional image of Home Credit.
  • Track daily sales activity, report key metrics, and provide feedback to regional managers.
  • Collaborate with outlet staff to coordinate promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Uphold data privacy and security standards when handling customer information.

Beyond these tasks, the role requires a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving, the ability to adapt to varying foot traffic patterns, and a commitment to achieving both individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
  • Professional appearance and the ability to represent the brand positively.
  • Own an Android smartphone for accessing sales tools and social media platforms.
  • Willingness to be placed at Home Credit partner outlets in Batam, whether in street‑level or mall locations.
  • Open to working flexible schedules, Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
  • Gender: open to all.
