Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential business partners and customers through on‑site visits, events, and networking activities.
- Conduct market analysis to understand local consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
- Present product offerings and promotional programs, tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs of each prospect.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute field campaigns, product launches, and brand activation events.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Uphold the company’s brand standards and ethical guidelines while representing the organization in the community.
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Support post‑sale follow‑up, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term loyalty.
Requirements
- Male or female applicants, maximum age of 28 years at the time of application.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a bachelor’s degree (S1) are also welcome.
- Own a personal motorbike to travel to client sites and attend field activities.
- Willingness to work as a field‑based marketer, often outdoors and on a flexible schedule.
- Commitment to a 12‑month initial contract, with the possibility of permanent placement thereafter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently while meeting targets.
- Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and basic office software for reporting and communication.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
