We are seeking a diligent and motivated Back End Mitra Collection (MCBE) professional to join our dynamic team in Kuala Simpang. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our multifinance operations by overseeing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and ensuring timely collections. Responsibilities
- Manage and take full responsibility for the execution of overdue A/R collection activities, ensuring deadlines are met and cash flow is optimized.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers for collection purposes, presenting a professional image of the company while negotiating repayment plans.
- Assist branch offices in handling problematic partners, providing guidance on risk mitigation and recovery strategies.
- Achieve and consistently exceed collection targets set by senior management, contributing to the overall profitability of the portfolio.
- Execute the retrieval of assets from delinquent customers, coordinating with legal and asset management teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, update the internal CRM system, and generate regular performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting and customer service departments to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience for borrowers.
- Continuously monitor credit risk indicators and provide early warnings to management about potential defaults.
Requirements
- Open to candidates with no prior experience; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Minimum age of 18 years; maximum age limit of 65 years.
- All educational levels are accepted; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High degree of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of an SPPI (Surat Pengantar Penagihan Intern) card is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, debt collection, and interpersonal communication.
